Our story
For the first time ever a group of coaches are coming all the way from Arizona by special request of Chris Fileti. He was amazed by the training and drills witnessed on a recent trip with his son Jordan to Arizona this past April. Chris knew he needed to share this hidden gem with his friends and fellow parents in Long Island immediately. Jordan Fileti plays high school football in Long Island. Chris wanted his son to meet Dale Robinson and learn some new techniques and insight before his senior year. Dale and Chris went to high school together. Dale played football for Holy Cross HS in Queens, NY. Dale went on to CW Post for one year and then took his talents across the country to Arizona State University. He had hall a fame career and spent years playing professional football. With some friends like Terrel Suggs of the Super Bowl Champions Baltimore Ravens, Michael Pinkard of the Chiefs, Chris Jennings of the Jaguars, Dale has made a name for himself in Arizona too. A kid from Queens taking over the Phoenix area with his young AAU football team, the Chandler Bears. Dale teamed up with Jason Tollefson, a local town legend, who brings his unique training techniques, drills and grit, which is the perfect potion for success. Chris asked these guys to come up for one special week in August 2023 and they agreed.

Dale took his tough NY mentality to the west coast and shook up the Pac-10 for a few years. He made a name for himself in Arizona for many years and still continues to dominate on the coaching side for his AAU teams. Dale has finally decided to come back home and share this west coast style with the East Coast.

The local town legend and diamond in the rough. Jason Tollefson is the secret sauce to any winning recipe. If taken seriously his exercises and drills will without a doubt improve all aspects of mobility in the long term if practiced with perfection and intensity. Jason can spark that fire in your young athlete.
